The Wisdom in My Heart
choosing inner knowing over mental control
I begin with . . .
I look in my heart to understand my life.
Then I listen:
The mind tries to figure everything out—it loops, analyzes, explains.
But understanding doesn’t always come from logic.
Often, it comes from stillness.
From the warmth of my chest.
From the gentle knowing of my heart.
Blame and over-analysis go hand in hand—they both keep me spinning.
But when I choose to lead from my heart, something settles.
I drop into a quieter truth.
As I begin to soften the mental grip, I give my heart a turn to speak.
I let my heart’s intelligence guide me—not in opposition to the mind, but in balance with it.
My heart does not need to solve everything.
My heart simply knows what matters most.
And the more I listen, the clearer my life becomes.
Not because everything makes sense, but because it finally feels aligned.
Questions for my Akashic Records:
What truth does my heart already know that my mind resists?
How do I experience heart-wisdom in my body?
When has my heart led me well?
What happens when I surrender the need to mentally fix everything?
What Becomes Clear:
Understanding begins when I let my heart lead—
not with logic, but with truth.
