From Control to Grace
letting go and trusting the unfolding
I begin with . . .
When I yield control, I step into trust with grace and ease.
Then I listen:
The desire to control is deeply human.
Control seems to promise safety, order, a life without chaos.
Instead, it creates tightness, separation, and a constant undercurrent of fear.
When I try to control what is fundamentally unknowable, I deny myself the gift of flow.
To step into flow, step into the power of trust.
Yielding control is not falling apart.
Instead yielding is consciously releasing the illusion that I must shape every outcome.
When I yield, I begin to sense the natural rhythm of my life returning.
I can breathe more deeply.
I can listen more clearly.
I stop reacting and begin choosing.
This isn’t passivity—it’s presence.
This is the grace that enters when I stop bracing against what hasn’t yet arrived.
And in this grace, I find control is no longer necessary.
Questions for my Akashic Records:
What part of me still clings to control as protection?
How does the illusion of control affect my trust?
What becomes easier when I release my grip on certainty?
How can I live more fully in trust, even in uncertainty?
What Becomes Clear:
When I yield control, I remember that trust is not weakness—
it’s the deepest strength I have.
