Affirmation:
Allowing my depths to arise and guide,
I dream the many colors of my soul's guidance.
Mindful Moment:
When I get out of my head and let go of the impulse to immediately explain, my heart and soul have space to express.
The guidance of my soul comes through the words of my heart.
These are words of feeling, awareness, knowing.
The language comes clearly when I do not push or expect or deny.
Instead, in the quiet, when my relentlessness is checked, my soul speaks.
At first, tiny whispers which gather strength to sing truth, joy, and dreams.
