Affirmation:
As I release and let be,
I unleash disrespect as my awareness encounters my inherent gentleness.
Mindful Moment:
I realize I may use thoughtlessness to protect myself.
To counter the roughness and ridicule of life.
However, within my attention is a moment of peace.
To acknowledge my Best Self.Â
To understand that gentleness with myself is not weakness.
Instead, gentleness is a kindness which allows me to acknowledge all of me.
All the hard edges and all the gentle motions.
To hold back is to deprive me of me.
Disrespect fades as gentleness guides.

I can learn to respect my gentle bits by...
In this moment, I can unleash...
Questions to ask your Akashic Records:
Why and how do I disrespect myself? Others?
What protective barriers can I release now?
What steps can I take to embrace my gentle side?
How can I realize who I am at the deepest levels?
Quote:

William Blake
