Akashic Records Practice: Spring 9
learning to be present to harshness with a seasonal Akashic Records practice
Affirmation:
By acknowledging and accepting personal truth,Â
I claim the harshness I focus on myself and others.
Mindful Moment:
Fear bubbles up in terse notes and de-humanizing demands.
In fear, harshness is the reactive motion of protection.
Harshness is the destructive voice of self-judgment.
Harshness is the demand for perfection.
Is this truly my path?
Does harshness toward self and others serve my Best Self?
Only I can decide for me.
Only I can let go of the choice of harshness.
In this moment, in this Spring, I claim the release of harshness for the sake of my Best Self.
Journaling Prompts to spark reflection and contemplation:
I am harsh to myself when…
I am hard on myself because …
I am harsh to others because …
I can learn to temper harshness by …
In this moment, I can release …
In this moment, I can claim …
Questions to Ask the Akashic Records:
1. How does fear drive my life?
2. How do I demand perfection from myself and others?
3. What can I do to release my tendencies toward harshness?
4. What is my truth about self-judgment?
Quote:
I am thankful that thus far today I have not had any unkind thoughts or said any harsh words or done anything that I regret. However, now I need to get out of bed and so things may become more difficult.
