Akashic Records Practice: Spring 12
learning to claim personal worth with a seasonal Akashic Records practice
Affirmation:
By acknowledging and accepting personal truth,Â
I claim I am a worthy, valuable person.
Mindful Moment:
Value and worth may seem debatable or may demand proof to exist.
However, my worth is intrinsic.
Action does not devalue.
Action can only confuse and distract me from the inner truth of my worth.
However, the inner essence of my Best Self is inherently of value.
Yet, my Best Self needs my conscious claim: I am a worthy, valuable person.
Journaling Prompts to spark reflection and contemplation:
I love these wonderful bits of me …
I do not like myself when …
I do not feel worthy because …
I am in resistance to my value when …
I can learn to release resistance to my worth by …
In this moment, I claim …
Questions to Ask the Akashic Records:
1. What beliefs do I hold that I must prove myself worth?
2. How do I hold myself unworthy?
3. What steps can I take within myself to expand my ability to love myself and others?
4. Tell me how and why I am a worthy, valuable person.
Quote:
If I could give you one gift, I would give you the ability to see yourself as I see you, so you could see how truly special you are.Â
